Where practitioners teach progress

All About Us

We are not a typical training provider. At the European Institute for Professional Development, we start where most courses stop—at the point where knowledge must translate into results. Our mission is simple: help professionals upskill with precision and unlock their potential to progress and lead.

We design seminars and courses in direct response to industry needs, so every learning hour is relevant, practical, and immediately usable at work. What sets us apart is who teaches: experienced professionals who have shaped their sector and bring front‑line insights, current case studies, and the nuanced judgement that only practice builds.

Our programmes are available in flexible formats, with focused modules that fit busy schedules. Whether you’re aiming for your next role, building new capabilities for your team, or navigating change in your organisation, we equip you with tools that stick and skills that stand out.

Real people. Real practice. Real progress. That’s professional development the way it should be.

Our Team

We’re led by four directors who combine strategy, operations, finance, and hands‑on training. Trevor Fenech, our Head of Institution, brings 10+ years of organising and delivering courses. Katya Bartolo Lautier serves as Chief Operations Officer, ensuring quality and a smooth learner experience, while Lara Fenech, our Chief Financial Officer, oversees budgeting, compliance, and sustainable growth. Ray Bartolo, Director, adds deep expertise in training delivery and programme management.

Together, they keep our programmes industry‑aligned and practitioner‑led—so every course is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable for career advancement.

Our Partners

Our partners—practitioners, research institutes, and professional bodies—keep our training real, relevant, and recognised.
